This years Annual golf classic will help raise much needed funds for Assisi House in Waterford. 

​

The staff in Assisi house cook up to 100 meals per day for their guests. The cooking facilities are old and in serious need of replacement in order to keep the service going. They asked Waterford Rotary Club to help - so we have nominated them as the sole beneficiary of this years golf classic in the hope to raise €10,000 to purchase a new cooker and fridge freezer for their kitchen.

Friends of Assisi House Day Centre is a charitable organisation set up to provide a social centre for older people in Waterford. Established in 2002 the Centre is thriving and constantly looking at new ways to enhance the lives of older people living in and around the City. Our aim is to improve quality of life and help people to live rich and rewarding lives.We are passionate about healthy and positive ageing and we strive to support older people and their families through out the ageing process.
